For our B2B software products (e.g., POS Application, Smart Billing), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software strictly in accordance with your subscription plan.

2.2 Educational Content

For our B2C educational courses, content is provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, record, distribute, or resell any course materials, videos, or source code provided during the training.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select.

Course fees are generally non-refundable once the batch has commenced. Please refer to our specific Refund Policy provided during the enrollment process.

BIGXSTAR makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
