How we plan scope, cost and timing
The number and type of devices, site and connectivity conditions, power supply and how often data is sent shape the scope. Hardware, connectivity and cloud subscription costs are listed separately from development.
After launch, we can agree a separate plan for fixes, updates and ongoing improvements, with responsibilities and response expectations documented.
Questions before you start
Do you supply the hardware?
We help select suitable devices and sensors and can build prototypes. For larger deployments, hardware purchase, installation and warranties are agreed in the proposal, often with the manufacturer or a local installer.
What if the internet connection drops?
We plan for it. Devices can store readings locally and send them when the connection returns, and the dashboard shows when a device has stopped reporting.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. A small pilot on a few devices or one site helps confirm the data, connectivity and value before a wider rollout.
