How we plan scope, cost and timing
The product scope, customer types, billing model, integrations and expected usage shape the estimate. Cloud hosting and third-party service costs are estimated separately and billed to accounts in your name.
After launch, we can agree a separate plan for fixes, updates and ongoing improvements, with responsibilities and response expectations documented.

We recommend a provider based on your requirements, budget and any existing accounts. Cloud accounts are set up in your business's name, so you keep control of them.
Can you build our first SaaS release?
Yes. We define a first release around the essential customer journey, with a roadmap for later features. Scope, milestones and acceptance criteria are agreed together.
Can you take over or migrate an existing application?
We start by reviewing the existing code, hosting and data. The review shows what can be reused, what needs changing and how to move to the cloud with as little disruption as possible.
