How we plan scope, cost and timing

The number of tasks, data sources and integrations, and the level of human review, shape the scope. Usage costs for AI models and other external services are estimated separately and explained in the proposal.

After launch, we can agree a separate plan for fixes, updates and ongoing improvements, with responsibilities and response expectations documented.
