About This Program
An end-to-end career program for supply-chain analysts, logistics coordinators, planners and operations leaders. Learners connect customer demand with sourcing, inventory, warehouse capacity, transportation, international trade and financial performance. Quantitative planning is balanced with floor-level execution, supplier relationships, regulatory documentation, systems, data quality, traceability, resilience and sustainability. The capstone requires a defensible operating plan for a multi-stage supply network, including forecasts, inventory policies, warehouse and transport design, risk controls, performance dashboards and an executive defense.
