Technical Trainer — .NET / Full Stack Angular & Node.js

About the Role

As a full-time Technical Trainer, you will be the backbone of our technology academy. You'll design and deliver industry-grade training programs, mentor students through real-world projects, and ensure our curriculum stays ahead of market demands. What You'll Do

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in .NET Core, Angular, and Node.js
• Create hands-on labs, projects, and assessments aligned with industry requirements
• Mentor students one-on-one and guide them through capstone projects
• Continuously update curriculum based on industry trends and employer feedback
• Conduct mock interviews and career readiness sessions
• Collaborate with the placement team to align training outcomes with employer needs
• Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or Senior Developer with mentoring background
• Deep hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL or Angular, Node.js, TypeScript
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio of training materials or real-world projects demonstrating architectural knowledge
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
