Contract Technical Trainer — .NET / Full Stack Angular & Node.js

About the Role

We're looking for experienced developers and trainers who can deliver focused, batch-based training engagements. You'll work with groups of aspiring developers, delivering intensive workshops and bootcamp-style programs. This is a flexible, contract-based role perfect for industry professionals or freelancers who want to share their expertise while maintaining their independence.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver intensive, hands-on training sessions for batches of 10–30 students
  • Prepare practical coding exercises, assignments, and mini-projects
  • Evaluate student submissions and provide constructive feedback
  • Adapt teaching pace and style to match batch skill levels
  • Coordinate with the BIGXSTAR curriculum team on content and scheduling
  • Maintain attendance and progress reports for each batch

What We're Looking For

  • Solid industry experience as a .NET / Full Stack Developer
  • Prior experience delivering technical training, corporate workshops, or bootcamps
  • Strong command over .NET, Web APIs, Angular, Node.js & RESTful APIs
  • Ability to break down complex concepts into practical, easy-to-follow lessons
  • Comfortable with remote delivery tools (Zoom, Teams, VS Code Live Share)
  • Available for batch commitments of 4–12 weeks
